Marsha Burton is a life long entrepreneur. She has been a real estate investor since 2016, and is the co-founder of Southcreek Flips since 2018 and she is the founder of REN10, LLC since 2020. In 2021, Ms. Burton became a Certified Intentional Coach™ through Intentional Achievements, LLC.
In 2016, Ms Burton began real estate investing and earned over $122k in her 1st year.
In her second year (2017) as a real estate investor she flipped 14 properties, door-knocked hundreds of pre foreclosure homes, secured a wholesale contract, and created multiple airtight contracts.
Through her involvement in numerous MLM companies, Marsha developed a passion for personal and professional development. She grew tremendously through the teachings of Jim Rohn, Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Edwina Gaines, Bob Proctor, John Maxwell, John Assaraf, Ester Hicks, Mel Robbins and so many more. Through networking and real estate investing Marsha quickly discovered great people falling short of their greatness! People were struggling with various levels of mindset and lack of planning to grow a business. Her resolve was to increase her education, knowledge, and experience to serve others.
In November 2021, Ms. Burton immersed herself in the Intentional Coach™ Certification program that would provide the depth, breadth, and validity people need to harmonize their lives. Find YOU, Find your Path, and Success Follows is the overall direction Marsha takes in her coaching practice. Her expertise is helping Students or Clients identify where they want to go and how to get there using 30 years of passion, personal development, and coaching strategies with proven success!
Marsha’s passion is Fun, Love, and Affinity in all areas of her life–with intention! She loves her family time, learning about God, and quality time with her partner. Marsha also loves motorcycling, landscaping, coffee, arts, fly fishing, travel, and spending time with friends.
